Test Facilities
We regard the test facilities we commission as our partners and meet them on equal terms. We believe that we are eliminating possible sources of error this way, are making a decisive contribution to the success of our research projects and so are working to the best advantage of our clients.
More specifically, this attitude mainly means three things:
- Intensive communication, especially at the start of the project
- Respect and recognition for the performance and work that is invested in “our” projects
- Prompt payment of facility invoices
